Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Cardiff half marathon - Running - 9:00 AM - Sunday, October 06, 2013<br />Absolutely perfect running conditions for my first attempt at cracking 80 minutes and just did it. Knew it would be close but in the end was a bit cosy. Went out a bit too hard, which lead to me losing it a bit in mile 11, but managed to pull myself together and come home strong. Eased a bit when I saw the finish line and knew I was going to get under it, should have run hard all the way to the line but not going to beat myself with that stick today.
