Cardiff Half, Very pleased. Started in orange pen, started watch when crossed start line, decided to run an even paced race, comfortable all the way so picked it up in the last 2 miles. Sub 1:30 goal done dusted for the year and back to base training before picking it up to do a marathon in the new year. Lots of club members ran (fantastic times) also members/friends scattered around the route with lots of helpful support, thanks everyone.
