Helensburgh Half Marathon - 3rd girl. Aim was to run at 6.25s - was manipulated into 6.20s
to start and felt like pacing was fine until mile 8. Windy/hot day but happy with that - would have loved a 1.24.xx again but evidence that running slower miles in training probably works.
