Brig Bash
Thought I'd try conservative start to enjoy it but that backfired. Conservative start, slightly better through the 2 an half ish miles I normally struggle at but then struggled anyway. Didn;t have the fight in me for the last mile when likely could / should have been about 20 seconds faster
Was nice though - just conflicted at no fighting to the end.
