That was really hard! warm, windy, long grass, mud deep ruts, mud, undulations, narrow tracks, mud :)

Went out with the BAC ladies who said they were taking it slow and I'd keep up - ha that lasted about 2.5 miles :) was glad of the rest in mile 4, stopping to let the fast guys pass on their way back - sort of got a second wind then.

didn't start or stop watch on time, or stop it at the end -so time/distance bit off
