Stowmarket Friday 5. Probably not a good idea to do this, but I am never been one to let common sense stop me. It went OK in the circumstances, but I don't know how the leg is going to feel tomorrow, it's pretty sore at the moment. Garmin went loopy, no way I ran 6:32 for the first mile nor 26mph!
Good to see Peter Golding back, and not too far behind me, I need some competition in the age cat. Finished 12th, and 1st M55.
