Sphinx Summer 5. Rain all the way and a bit more undulating and twisty than had expected. Missed pb by 3 seconds, but not too disappointed as I felt rubbish in warm up and throughout and feared a very bad run! First mile too quick and really struggled with the 2nd. Thought I would then fade badly, but was pleased to mentally stick with it to overtake again by miles 4 onwards. Garmin said spot on pb pace so worked really so hard in the last mile and gave my all but didn't quite get it by unofficial time.
