Polaroid Series Helensburgh 10k.

New PB, although as usual disappointed. Tom Scott was shorter and ave pace 7.03, tonight 7.00 but need to learn about pacing in 10k!! Feel like I fly out and then hang on for grim death!! (not enjoyable-being passed in last few miles and not passing anyone!)
