VLM. Oops, messed that one up. Didn't think I'd started too quickly, but by 6 miles I dropped the pace, but probably too late. 1:54 at halfway, then fell apart. Went to catch train back to finish, hence 18 m/m, but bumped into fellow C&C'er who made me carry on. So bumbled home. Won't let that happen again.
