London Marathon.
Delighted to get a pb and happy that kind of kept it going at the end.
managed to stay calm for the first mile and not go off like a hare.
Left hamstring was so tight from about 8 miles that i kept thinking it was going to cramp up, fortunately it never did but last couple of miles were tough work.
Now for a good few days rest...

pleased to note mile 19 was your slowest too! What was the problem there? Was my slowest mile last year too!
I think it might actually be the GPS loses signal in among the tower blocks and tunnels of Canary Wharf, but not entirely sure
