I genuinely reckon that sub3 hour marathon is not far away at all. If you hadnt swanned off to the desert a w
(oops) a week before and then played football and got bevvie dup teh day before then you might have made it this time. Come on - you know you can do it.
Negative split by the looks of things as well. Impressive
Negative split with no watch and ignoring all clocks (apart from half way). All you guys making big improvements inspires me to put in the time and proper training and give it a good go sometime. I am not comitting to when though!
