Run / walk research for Karen (Comrades). 4:30 run / 30 secs walk. Not a technique I'd ever use. Annoying for other participants along with the negative feeling felt doing it.

That course did not do it for me.
Lesson learned: run alone in future unless doing Medoc and then in a group of at least 3 or more.
