Not too shabby a time then ?!?!?!
Was aiming for 6:10 mm but with wind i was just trying to get 6:10's into the wind so ended a little quicker than planned
Flying - again. I think you should go for a podium place at London
marathon is never a doddle but man will you smash your PB... only question is by how much!?
