Notes & Comments

The British 10k. The weather was scorching hot - 32 degrees which majorly affected my time. I had to slow it right down and walked a couple of times too. There wasn't much shade to shelter in and I found it hard to get the right level of hydration, didn't want to over hydrate. As I haven't done any running in 2 weeks due to my foot injury, and with the hot weather, I am not too disappointed with my time - just glad to have finished in one piece!
