Omagh HM -Disaster. Expected to be 2-3 minutes quicker. 1st half generally ok ( but HR seems too high ) but could feel it coming on. 2nd half slowly ground to a halt and was at walking pace for last 2 miles. Someone suggested it was the cold, Not sure but demoralising regardless of cause.
