Alloa half...PB :) (in better shape than i thought)

Felt good although felt i held back a bit early doors as not sure how my knee would react to speed. Turns out not too bad...
Couldn't breath after last water stop for some strange reason which caused a slow down but managed to pick it up again into the last mile..
