Alloa half - felt like I was holding back mile 1/2 and felt strong. Climbs/undulating 3/4 slowed a bit then felt strong up to about 10 when the hills at 11-12 cost me about a minute. I went into the race expecting to come out around 1.26 based on where I'm at in marathon training - 4 weekends behind VLM training comparitevly and only recent weeks felt like I'm progressing so all in all I'm happy
