Alloa half marathon.
Splits look a bit up and down which is surprising because I thought it was pretty steady...just as well I wasn't looking at the watch.
Delighted to get a pb and get under 1.22, a good couple of mins better than previous pb.
Felt good near the end and I think all these reps certainly make you feel a bit more confident on the run in.
Lots of other pb's as well Alf, Graham,Euan,Gump and plenty of other KO's. Very healthy turnout, which was excellent/
