An enjoyable run of the warwick half marathon. Drizzle. Ran the first few miles with Claire and then slowly increased to 7 Miles and then ran to rough marathon pace. undlations count for differences in time as tried to keep even effort ! Lovely Run !! ( and so very proud of claire who managed 10 min miles for whole race )
