fecking hell this was an annoying race! felt good until about 6m then gradually my breathing got more & more wheezy & raspy (asthma) so had to stop to walk for 10s every mile after that, then by mile 11 my legs weren't getting any oxygen & together with the flipping snow I slowed dramatically, gah! would've been on for the 85min - just - I'd aimed for otherwise, off to the docs on Wed to get back on my inhalers tho!
