Bourne Woods Frostbite

First time Ive run the new course.I prefered the old course as the start was very tight ,which caught me out a bit!The slow start probably helped me later in the race.Got a bit worried when I was passed by a women and I was 7th Hunts scorer after a mile.

Didnt feel like I was killing myself and was slowly passing Hunts runners one by one,passing Lee with a mile to go.Things did go a bit wrong as I lost a shoe on the muddy corridor!Surprisingly stayed calm to put it back on but I did lose a place as I was about to pass a Riverside Runner.Would have gone under 31min baring the shoe incident?

Have to be happy with the run,as I should never really been 2nd home comparing training?Job done Hunts done excellent and I was ok too finishing 13th!
