Started watch when whistle blew rather than when crossing the start mat, so time shown here is 'gun-time'.
Felt a bit lethargic doing this one - only really got going in the last mile; it was that and mile 2 that saved me by the look of things! Nice new PB - first 10k under 45 minutes.
