Notes & Comments

Slog in the Sand 10k along Westport beach. Dreadful time, around one and a half minutes slower than last year. Tide was well in and got feet soaked a few times. Struggled over the stoney parts. Into the wind on the way out but disappointed to run only around 8mm on the way back with the wind at my back.
