Notes & Comments

Stroud Half. Felt surprisingly good given recent events, so went for 6:45 and a bit under on downhill sections. No pressure, just out to enjoy it.

Tries ot negative split, was comfortable to 10 miles but then tight calves and hamstrings made it tough to hold sub 7mm to the finish.
