Cardiff Half
First six miles were to pace, but at about 6.5 miles started to feel fatigued. Continued to slow after that and even walked up the hill at mile12.
Legs felt terrible at the end. After running 1:47 on an undulating Malmesbury, thought I could improve on that on the famously fast Cardiff course.
So what went wrong?
Perhaps the cold of the last week sapped my system, more than I thought.
