45th Marathon so some way behind OM. chip time 89:05 position was 260th of 3431.
My plan was to just enjoy this, but then last thursday's 16miler made me think I could break 1:30 and I did. Calf tightened at 8M so decided to ease off, but actually sped up (probably the tailwind)
Hope to go 1:26ish at riverside. Great running by WJs and get well soon Dave
