Ealing half marathon. Couldn't have gone much better. Overtaking and never passed from 2 miles on. Ddn't need a dump. Breathing easy almost the whole way, for the first time ever, it was sore legs not lungs holding me back. Slight quad twinge at 2 miles, a few scary moments from plantar fascia, prob cos I was in the old Fastwitches so had less heel. They feel so nice though, blisters notwithstanding.

Cheers lads. Yeah, with a heavy heart I think I'm gonna have to use my long run trainers for the marathon.
