Felt it towards the end, but not a bad run. Did the first mile with Mrs WP's friends, but realised I just couldn't run that slowly. Blisters still an "issue" even with old shoes. Pretty pleased though...Just need to lose 7 lbs and Liverpool is mine all mine!!
