Dartford Half Marathon
Close to not starting at all with Jamie's accident in the car. Lost out on any proper warm up and a bad back to start didn't look good for a good run but managed to warm up during the first couple of slower than usual miles and I managed to run off the back ache after about 7 miles.
All in all a great Half - sub 2hrs!
