Great Bentley Friday 5. Really need to take the running a bit more seriously if I want to do better, arrived at the start line feeling very tired, even wanted to stop and walk on the warm up! Don't really have any idea what I am doing or what I want to do at the moment.

Still a bloody good time though!
Nice to see you out there las tnight mate...you are still running well,so hang in there and your head will get back in the right focus soon...even the champions have off periods.

Great time for not being that serious its hard to keep knocking out the big performances, thats why some of the top guys and girls only run 12 to 14 races a year.
