Having avoided 5k races for years-8 I think with the exception of a race for life 6 (?) years ago this was the 5k grand pix series and I really enjoyed it! May be a convert to the crazy hell for leather approach rather than my usual mode of chat a bit then jog a bit. Thoroughly enjoyable. Will def do another
