Edinburgh half
Only hit the pace i wanted twice in this race. Legs felt useless most of the way but probably on 82.5pace untill pit stop at the start of mile 10 and couldn't get anywhere near the pace i was at after that!!
Through 10k in 38.39 which is a whole sec quicker than a recent 10k so at least 1 positive to take away from this run:)
Vodka and shots was the real order of the day;-)
