Sunderland Marathon

Started ok, but quickly realised PB wasn't on (lungs not great, and surprisingly lumpy) so didn't push too hard. Faded from halfway, and struggled a lot in the last 5 miles. Still pleased to go under 3 hours considering recent injury/VLM/limited running. Not an easy course either.
