Notes & Comments

Towpath 10k, first of season. Fairly cold and rather wet (ran through standing water every few hundred metres) so time's ok but the minute slower split is a bit disappointing. Very lonely race, after 1k I passed five people and was passed by 3 but all the passing was quick and I never ran alongside anyone.
