Awesome day, awesome experience. Hotter than I would have wanted but had a steady start and then fairly consistent until a spurt in the last few miles. Garmin lost signal in some of the tunnels so splits a bit funny. Saw the marshalling gang at Isle of Dogs and Joe and Lizzie at M22 all of whom gave me a huge lift and spurred me on. Ran all the way and really enjoyed every mile and there honestly wasn't a moment when I was in pain or agony - I just kept running. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the runners congestion and people just stopping dead in front of you - lots of weaving involved which slowed you down a bit.
That restored ship thing was quite good as well!
End result;

Fantastic running from all today, superb marshalling, and top runners bus support. A grand day out.
