Notes & Comments

Brighton Marathon 2012, official time 3:14:38, new PB :) Blister on sole of left foot formed from after 17 miles, painful to run after! Gave last mile best shot to keep under 3:15, almost fooled by a gantry at 26 miles which slowed me down by 3 seconds :)

Some climbs in first 10-11 miles but the rest is flat along the coast. Perfect weather, 10C, occasional breeze, sunny intervals
