Mermaid 5k
More to follow,
Due to a fatal traffic incident on the coast road todays race was delayed and due to the delay was reduced from 10 to 5k.
The race was arround the first loop, as the course had to change due to work on the Coast Path, was pritty chilly hanging arround but soon warmed up whan we started.
Felt good and went for the Pb after missing out on Sunday, resulting in a brand spanking new Pb by 20 seconds oh joy now all I need is a new 10k Pb before the Marathons take hold of my legs and any remaining speed I may have!!
