Another PB on route to VLM. 18 second off, but I've run quite a few 10ks.
A nice leg stretch after the Ashby 20. Fast tempo without going all out. Too quick on 3 + 4th km but recovered enough to do 4:03 for last two km.
Roll on May and June for serious tries at sub 40min 10k!!
