Liz wanted to do her own thing so I did 'comfortable' pace for my run. Forgot how undulating this course is. Top day out with Kirsty's Mum & Dad. Bright orange hoodies. Liz wasn't too keen on the colour having been sold the race by me and my green hoodie :o)
