Stafford Half, nearly didn't start as was feelingill and hadn't slept the night before, decided to do it slowly as part of a longer run but by the end was feeling really ill and didn't do any more, 15.5 total. Went to bed for the rest of the day. Only positive was aerobically it felt really easy.
