Mad March 20. Bit of a disaster with the shoes - forgot to put the insoles back in after last Sunday's wet LSR and the Nike plus cavity rubbed the sole of my left foot raw
Very painful from anout 17 miles, hence the decline in pace from a pleasing sub 8.30mm. Otherwise a great race on a lovely sunny windless day. Cycled there and back too!!
