Thanet 20 race. Aiming for hopeful marathon pace (aim was 7:20-7:30 pace), but got carried away at the beginning! Attempted to slow down for some of the race & attempted to speed up for other parts (usually after the hills/promenade sections). But very pleased overall with this run after TW half last week and with 50 miles already in my legs from this weeks training
