Folksworth 15 - was going for pb till saw the forecast and decided to aim for under 2 hrs instead and just missed it( unofficial time but am sure correct) but very happy as found it so hard esp first hill on 2nd lap- all energy sapped after that! Ran with Ron and chris ( simon too initially but we were holding him up!) and kept each other going- on my knees at the end- don't think I've ever felt so shattered coming into a finish- apart from marathon. Lots great runs today and thank you to all the much needed support from wjs along the route

Well done Jude, excellent pace.
Fantastic run Jude. Well done!
OMG! Fantastic especially in this wind
Well done Jude - excellent run!
Great run, you were another club runner smiling !! you are allowed to feel tired when you have run 15 miles even more so at that pace.Enjoy your week off
good run, you did look rather fresh afterwards!
We were thinking about you-must have been tough but well done for finishing so well!
Super running in tough conditions well done!
Great run in v tough conditions, you still looked as fresh as a daisy (can't say the same for Ron ) Shame about the pesky 8 secs though, we realised it would be tight when we saw you.
Surprised you weren't blown away! Fantastic time especially in the conditions, not surprised how shattered you were. Well done.
