Rushed to get ready for this race no warm up got cold waiting for the toilet. Had a bin bag on to keep warm at the start. So congested at first o.6 of a mile before i could get going. Hard race but i enjoyed it. When i finished ran back down the course to meet Lou and ran back with her.

Oh, almost a sub 1.29 those pesky 4 seconds! Sounds like a good run though, did the kagoule for all finishers come in handy
