Riverside Half pacing RichHL for a sub 1:45 and my golly gosh didn't he just tear it up! Well done Rich!!!! Sub 1:40 next time??
For me.... long run done, came through it un-injured and had good fun along the way, feels great to have acheived something other than time related for me!! Thanks Rich :) You stuck with the task and you deserve the fantastic PB :)

Very nice, sometimes its good to pace for someone else always seems to focus the mind on future goals, but also its nice to see other runners in pain whilst you skip along very nicely :-) x
