St Neots Half Marathon. Foggy, cold but really still. Went out at 1.45, with Cazzy and RichHL, but realised around 3.5 miles that was a bit quick, so eased off to 8.10's. Slow 4th mile, I think it was uphill, but still felt good up to mile 8. Tough again around 9/10 (probably net uphill) when I was having to dig in a little. Relaxed into mile 11 and tried to push it for the last 2, which were downhill and even managed to pass a few peeps. Overall a really good day with an 8 minute PB - so delighted as the initial goal was 1.48. Travelled down with brotherjohn who picked up another vet win in 1.17 - well done!
