Newcastle town moor marathon. I started my watch approximately 2 minutes late.
15-21 milesw, had to slow down drastically. 21 to 26 miles, I Struggled and had to walk some of the way. cramps came in.
Next marathon I need to do much more milleage. Was averaging 25 miles a week. but really should be about 35 or more. Also, should have at least 2 long runs above 20 miles too and one at 22 miles.
