Worksop half marathon. Went out hard despite knowing I wasn't in HM PB shape. Struggled to maintain it from 5m onwards, and ended up behind Nashy and Stoney. Not disappointed with the time in the end though. 5th Redhill (Stubbs 1:16, Andy W & Stoney 1:21, Nashy 1:22). 49th Overall. County team champions again
