Really pleased with this run :-) as was not feeling race-fit and aim was for 1.15 so chuffed with outcome and my 2nd fastest 10m time ever - just over a minute slower than last yrs pb. Great sociable morning - thanks to Mr F for driving.Weather pretty good tho a little windy in parts but ran with donron, chris and stuart and hence had some windbreakers! Only mistake was to run in gloves as far too hot! Struggled big-time in miles 7 and 8 courtesy of starting far too fast - never learn! Some great pbs today and well done to everyone especially the mens team.

Ditto Features comment. Glad to hear it wasn't only me that went off too fast :-). Did think about you in your gloves when I was too hot by mile 2! fab run :-)
