L'Pool Mara - wonderful varied course with great support. Tried to keep HR around 75%. Garmin lost signal in 3 mile Mersey tunnel and had to slow down up 1m hill on mile 16. But felt good for 20 miles then pace started to slow so pushed up HR to try and get under 3:30 but wind on final run in was a buggar. Really pleased as had 8 weeks of slug running with no speed work at all and still came 13/248 in my category. One of my easiest marathons.
